Ghanaian centre-forward Abdul Razak Salifu of Dreams FC is being linked with a move to Algerian Ligue 1 side ES Setif as clubs in North Africa and beyond monitor emerging talent from the Ghana Premier League. The 19-year-old attacker has attracted attention after establishing himself as a regular in Ghana’s top flight and is now reportedly on the radar of the former African champions.

Salifu, who operates through the middle in attack, has already made 44 Premier League appearances, scoring 14 goals and averaging a strike roughly every 206 minutes. That output, delivered before his 20th birthday, has underlined his status as one of the more productive young forwards currently playing in Ghana’s domestic competition.

He joined Dreams FC at the start of the 2024–25 campaign from Still Believe FC and has since amassed close to 3,000 minutes of top-flight football. His current market valuation stands at around €50,000, a figure that would make any potential deal relatively accessible for clubs in North Africa looking to reinforce their attacking options without committing a significant outlay.

Dreams FC have given Salifu a platform to play regular senior football, and the club now faces the prospect of interest in one of their key offensive players less than two years after his arrival. With no publicly disclosed contract end date at Dreams FC, any negotiations over a transfer to ES Setif would likely hinge on the Ghanaian club’s stance over the teenager’s long‐term future.
