The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has released the procedures for the drawing of lots of the TotalEnergies U-23 Africa Cup of Nations scheduled to take place in Morocco on Friday, May 5,2023.
Host Morocco, Egypt, Mali, Niger, Guinea, Congo, Gabon and Ghana are the qualified countries for the tournament.
The top three teams from this tournament automatically qualify to the Olympic Games in Paris, France.
Ghana and Mali who qualified to the last edition in Egypt will be in level 2 of the draw while host Morocco and holders Egypt will be in position A1 and B1.
