Bechem United beat Real Tamale United 3-2 at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park on Sunday in match week 26 of the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League.
The win takes them from eighth to fifth with 38 points while RTU remain bottom of the league with 25 points.
Awudu Mohammed gave the visitors the lead after just two minutes into the game to shock the home fans.
The Hunters equalised fifteen minutes later through Dari Aziz Haruna to peg the game at 1-1 after seventeen minutes.
Real Tamale United regained the lead five minutes later through an own goal from Emmanuel Ababio, seeing the first half end 2-1 in favour of the Northern Blues.
Francis Acquah scored the equaliser for Bechem United in the 65th minute before Cephas Kofi Mantey got the winner five minutes later.
Real Tamale United will play away to Nsoatreman at Nsenkyire Sports Arena on Saturday, April 20, 2024, while Bechem United face Bofoakwa Tano at the Sunyani Coronation the same day in match week 27 of the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League.
