Nice coach Lucien Favre confirms interest in Francis Amuzu

Nice coach Lucien Favre has confirmed interest in Anderlecht winger Francis Amuzu footballghana.com can report.

Earlier in the day, it was reported that Anderlecht and Amuzu were thinking about extending their relationship.

Amuzu is allegedly interested in the French proposition as well.

During a news conference ahead of Sunday’s league game against Strasbourg, the seasoned ex-coach of Borussia Dortmund, among others, shed some light on interest in Amuzu.

“Amuzu was on his way to us, but at the moment I don’t know if he’s coming. You have those players who want to come and then suddenly no longer. That’s the transfer period. We don’t have everything in hand,” Lucien Favre said.

Amuzu signed his first professional contract on 23 August 2015 with R.S.C. Anderlecht for 3 years.
