Nations FC beat Dreams FC 1-0 to bag three points from Round 18 outstanding fixture

The outstanding Round 18 fixture of the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season between Nations Football Club and Dreams Football Club has been cleared.

The match played on Wednesday, March 20, ended with Nations FC securing a narrow 1-0 win.

In the game played at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex, a solitary strike from Blankson Nuamah did the trick to ensure the hosts bagged all three points at full-time.

The win has pushed Nations FC to second in the Ghana Premier League standings. The team is now just two points behind league leaders Samartex FC.

Dreams FC on the other hand are now 14^th on the league log and four points above the relegation zone.

Meanwhile, the Round 19 outstanding fixture between Medeama SC and Aduana Stars was rained off.

The game will continue on Thursday at 10:00 am.
