The Ghana Premier League encounter between Medeama Sporting Club and Aduana Stars has been called off.
The two top clubs locked horns today to clear their outstanding week 18 fixture of the ongoing campaign.
Despite the impressive performance of both teams in the first half, neither side could find the back of the net.
As a result of a heavy downpour, the second half could not be concluded.
In a statement from the league authorities, it says the game has been called off due to the heavy rainfall and will be continued on Thursday at 10 am.
“UPDATE!! The game between Medeama SC & Aduana FC in the outstanding match week 18 has been called off due to heavy downpour. The game will continue tomorrow morning at 10:00am,” a statement on the Ghana Premier League page on X said.
