Asante Kotoko would have to tighten their belts in their bid to sign defender Kofi Agbesimah from Bechem United, Asempa FM’s SportsNite Leaks has reported.

Enoch Worlanyo of Asempa FM has reported that the 25-year-old has raised concerns about game time at Kotoko as well as the structure of things at the Kumasi-based club.

The situation has brought Hearts of Oak strongly into the picture as the Phobians are also reportedly interested in the former Sunyani Bectero FC defender.

This means Kotoko must act fast if they are to secure the services of the defender.

Kotoko’s management were left impressed with the performance of the defender when he scored against them in a matchday 2 clash at the Nana Ansu Gyeabour Park in Bechem.

Asempa FM’s Enoch Worlanyo has revealed that Kotoko are keen on the defender who has 2 goals in 9 games in the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season.
