Communications Director of Heart of Lions Eric Eli Adzie has described his team’s win against Nsoatreman FC on Sunday as a crucial victory.
Mustapha Yakubu’s decisive 28th-minute goal ensured a narrow victory for the Lions in a Week 29 fixture of the Ghana Premier League at the Kpando Sports Stadium.
Despite the victory, the Kpando club remain second from the bottom in the league standings with only five matches left in the season.
“I think it was a good win realising where we are on the league log there is a need to actually act very fast. So you realize the second round we have been picking very good results at the Kpando Sports Stadium,” he told Kickoffghana.com
“Ever since we move to the Kpando Park, we drew only one game we won every game we play there and yesterdays win was one important one for use a team,” he stated
