Dreams FC coach Abdul Karim Zito has shared his excitement with his playing body after convincing win over Academica do Lobito on Wednesday in the CAF Confederation Cup.
The Still Believe lads continue to make history in their first appearance in the competition and the latest was their 4-0 thumping the Angolan side.
“All goals scored against us were stoppable, my players are very young in this stage of the competition so I to talk to them well and cautioned against conceding any foolish goal, thankfully, they lived to expectations” Coach Zito told media after the game.
“Whiles we were leading, I was more focus on the defense. I think we have achieved our objective so I’m okay” he added.
Dreams FC have accumulated nine points, placing them top of Group A.
The team will travel to Nigeria against Rovers United before wrapping up with Tunisian side Club Africain at the Baba Yara Stadium after the Afcon next year.
