Accra Sports stadium to host double header today; Black Princesses vs Ethiopia – Hearts of Oak vs Elmina Sharks

The Accra Sports Stadium is set to host two matches today, Sunday March 27, 2022.

They include the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup qualifier between Black Princesses and Ethiopia and the MTN FA Cup round of 16 clash between Hearts of Oak and Elmina Sharks.

The Phobians are hoping to win back to back FA Cup titles after winning the trophy during their treble winning campaign last season.

Meanwhile, the Princesses are looking to book a ticket to the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup to be staged in Costa Rica in August, 2022.

The Princesses, who are unbeaten in five qualification matches so far and will look to end the campaign without defeat trained on Saturday to put final touches to the squad.

A win on against Ethiopia would secure Ghana their sixth consecutive FIFA U-20 World Cup appearance having played in the last five edition

The Black Princesses go into the return fixture with a 3-0 advantage from the 1st leg.

The match will kick off at 3:00pm and will be transmitted live on the Ghana Football App and on Max TV.

Female supporters who wish to watch the matches are to use the conference centre gate for free entry.
