Benjamin Asare has returned to form, keeping another clean sheet and bringing his total to six since November 9, 2025.
The Hearts of Oak goalkeeper has been in top form, with his impressive performances earning him the number one spot at the national team.
However, Asare had been sidelined since the Super Clash and only returned in goal against Hohoe United although travelling with the team to face Medeama in Tarkwa.
Asare’s recent streak is a testament to his consistency and growth as a goalkeeper. He had previously kept clean sheets against Chad and Madagascar on his Black Stars debut, and has been instrumental in Hearts of Oak’s title push.
The Phobians are now third in the Ghana Premier League.
