Cameroon coach David Pagou expressed satisfaction with his team’s performance at AFCON 2025, despite their early exit.
“We are satisfied with the boys because they gave a lot of emotions to Cameroonians. Unfortunately we exit but we will return calmly and continue our progression,” Pagou said.
Pagou, who took over as head coach in December 2025, led the Indomitable Lions with a mix of youthful energy and experience. His team showed promise, but ultimately fell short in the tournament.
