The GFA Foundation is taking a commendable initiative to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month, observed globally in October.

This year’s campaign which is under the theme ‘‘No one should face breast Cancer alone” is to raise awareness, promote early detection, support affected individuals, and explore prevention and treatment solutions. The campaign is targeted at Women in football, including administrators, staff, officials, and players.

Stakeholders, especially Women, are encouraged to participate and prioritize their well-being.

To promote the campaign, the GFA will:

Provide tips on breast cancer awareness through our social media platforms and remind female stakeholders to undergo self-examination or clinical examination.

This initiative aligns with the World Health Organization’s message: “No one should face breast cancer alone.”

The GFA Foundation demonstrates its commitment to the health and well-being of women in football by supporting this initiative.
