Barcelona eye permanent move for Ghanian youngster after impressing on trial

Barcelona’s renowned youth academy, La Masia, is known for nurturing some of the world’s finest talents, and it seems they have their sights set on another gem – Ghanaian left-back, David Oduro.

The 17-year-old recently impressed during a trial with Barcelona’s Juvenil B team, leaving a lasting impression that prompted Barcelona to contact his club, Accra Lions, to discuss a potential signing once Oduro turns 18 in June.

Oduro’s talent has not gone unnoticed beyond Barcelona, with several European teams expressing interest in securing his services.

Accra Lions and Oduro’s representatives have been in discussions with various clubs, including Anderlecht.

However, Oduro has made it clear that his priority is Barcelona, although he is keen on finalizing his future promptly.

With Barcelona showing interest in Oduro, the young Ghanaian left-back finds himself on the brink of a potentially life-changing opportunity.

As talks continue between the parties involved, all eyes are on Oduro as he navigates his path to a promising future in European football.
