Nsoatreman FC General Manager, Eric Alagidede, has confirmed that his team is ready to represent Ghana in the 2024/25 CAF Confederations Cup competition.

The Bono-based club will represent Ghana in the CAF Interclub competition after winning the nation’s FA Cup by defeating their regional rivals Bofoakwa Tano FC 5-4 on penalties at the Legon Sports Complex on Sunday evening.

“It was not easy, but now we have done it with the support we had. We are ready for representing Ghana in Africa because Dreams FC have shown us that it’s possible. We are very excited and we can do more,” Eric said.

Bofoakwa Tano FC took the lead in the 22nd minute through Richard Dzikoe, but Sadat Mohammed leveled the score in the 79th minute, sending the game to extra time and then to a penalty shootout.
