A raucous crowd of about 500 fans trooped to the Kotoka international airport to welcome Manchester United legend Patrica Evra to Ghana.
The former France international who touched down in Accra on Monday evening took pictures with the fans before leaving the airport for his hotel.
Evra’s primary purpose in Africa is to discover the potential of the next generation the continent has to offer.
This has seen him visit his hometown in Dakar, Senegal, then Ivory Coast, Nigeria and now Ghana.
On his maiden tour visiting young talents around Africa, Evra says seeing the children with qualities and talents moved him so much and he is ready to support them as much as possible.
