Pep Guardiola is raving about Antoine Semenyo’s versatility, saying “We know he can play both sides. He gives us something we didn’t have”
The Ghanaian forward has been impressive since joining Manchester City from Bournemouth, scoring in his first two games for the club.
Guardiola praised Semenyo’s adaptability, noting he can play on either wing and as a striker, with pace and skill to boot.
Semenyo’s arrival has heightened competition in City’s attack, with Erling Haaland, Phil Foden, and Rayan Cherki also vying for spots.
But Guardiola’s not worried, saying Semenyo’s addition is “a clear statement of intent”.
The 26-year-old’s stats are impressive – 10 goals this season, and he’s already making waves in the Premier League.
