Sea Sharks and Vodza Iron Breakers Sporting Club will meet in the 2025/26 Beach Soccer Premier League final on Sunday, 27 September, with both sides one win away from claiming Ghana’s top-flight title.

The decisive match will be played at the Ada Assurance Beach Soccer Arena, with kick-off scheduled for 13:00 GMT (1pm local time).

The final brings together the winners of Zone 1 and Zone 2 in a direct contest for the league crown. With the two sides having emerged as the leading teams in their respective zones, the match will determine the champions of the 2025/26 campaign.

A new champion is guaranteed after Havedzi Mighty Warriors FC were dethroned following their title-winning season in 2024/25.

Neither Sea Sharks nor Vodza Iron Breakers Sporting Club will need any further opportunity to secure the trophy, with the league title to be decided by a single match. The format leaves no room for recovery after a poor result and places added importance on how both teams manage the occasion.

Beach soccer presents a distinct set of challenges compared with the traditional game. The quick surface and fast pace demand technical quality, while tactical discipline and the ability to adapt during the match can have a decisive influence on the outcome.

Those qualities are expected to be central to the contest at the Ada Assurance Beach Soccer Arena, where the two zone winners will compete for the opportunity to finish the season as national champions.

For Sea Sharks and Vodza Iron Breakers Sporting Club, the final represents the culmination of a competitive campaign in the Beach Soccer Premier League. Both teams have negotiated their respective zones to reach the title decider and now face the final step in their pursuit of the championship.

The match also marks an important moment for a competition that continues to grow in stature in Ghana. The Beach Soccer Premier League is attracting increasing attention, participation and interest across the country, and the 2025/26 final will provide the latest conclusion to that progress.

The Ada Assurance Beach Soccer Arena will host the season’s biggest fixture on 27 September, with the championship to be settled when the Zone 1 and Zone 2 winners meet at 13:00 GMT.

Whichever team prevails will lift the Beach Soccer Premier League title for the first time since Havedzi Mighty Warriors FC’s successful campaign in 2024/25, ensuring a new name is added to the list of champions.
