Supporters will be able to watch the 2026 Champion of Champions between Medeama SC and Nations FC for as little as GH¢10 after ticket prices were announced by the Football Association.
The fixture will be played on Sunday, 30 August 2026, at the TnA Stadium in Tarkwa. It will bring together Ghana’s two reigning domestic champions in an early-season contest for national supremacy.
Tickets for the Popular Stand have been set at GH¢10, while admission to the VIP section will cost GH¢50. The pricing gives fans an affordable chance to attend one of the first major fixtures of the new domestic football season.
Medeama SC and Nations FC will meet in a match that traditionally places the winners of Ghana’s two leading domestic competitions against one another. The Champion of Champions pits the Ghana Premier League winners against the holders of the MTN FA Cup.
As well as providing an opportunity for the two champions to compete for early-season honours, the fixture acts as a symbolic curtain-raiser for the domestic campaign. This year’s match will take place at Medeama SC’s TnA Stadium in Tarkwa.
The new Ghana Premier League season is scheduled to begin over the weekend of 4–7 September 2026, meaning the Champion of Champions will be played only days before the start of the league campaign.
The Football Association’s announcement confirms two ticket categories for the meeting: the Popular Stand at GH¢10 and the VIP section at GH¢50. The match is therefore set to offer supporters a choice between low-cost general admission and the higher-priced VIP option.
Medeama SC and Nations FC enter the match as Ghana’s current domestic champions, ensuring that the fixture will provide an early test of the teams that finished the previous campaign with major silverware. The result will also set the tone for the opening stages of the 2026–27 domestic season.
With the league scheduled to start from 4–7 September, the Champion of Champions will be among the first opportunities for supporters to see the country’s reigning domestic title-holders in competitive action. The game will be staged at the TnA Stadium on 30 August, with tickets available from GH¢10.
