Samartex doing better than Kotoko and Hearts because we have become more attractive than the two clubs – Edmund Ackah

Samartex Football Club General Manager, Edmund Ackah has opened up on the secret behind the club’s impressive performance in the Ghana Premier League this season.

According to him, the club is doing better than Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak because the club has become more attractive than the two top teams in the country.

“It’s not a matter of Samartex FC taking advantage of the struggles of Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko. Nowadays Samartex FC have become more attractive than the two clubs.

“At first Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko could go around and sign the best players of the other clubs at the end of every season. These days things are not the same. We are doing well because of the way we do our things,” Edmund Ackah said in an interview with Accra 100.5FM.

After excelling in the Ghana Premier League this season, Samartex FC are currently top of the league standings.

Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko are 9th and 11th on the league table respectively.
