Nations FC secured a convincing 3-0 win over Bechem United at the Dr Kwame Kyei Sports Complex in Kumasi, celebrating Ghana’s 69th Independence Day in style.

The hosts dominated the match, with Emmanuel Annor scoring in the 10th minute and Abdela Mashud doubling the lead just before halftime. Richard Danso sealed the victory with a superb strike in the 91st minute.

The win lifts Nations FC to eighth place on the Ghana Premier League table with 34 points, while Bechem United remains 13th, just three points above the relegation zone.

Coach Frimpong Manso praised his team’s performance, highlighting their improved goal-scoring ability.

Nations FC’s victory marks back-to-back wins in the league, following their 2-0 away win over Eleven Wonders last weekend. The team is now just six points away from the top four
