Congolese midfielder Linda Mtange is optimistic Hearts of Oak will clinch the 2023/2024 Ghana Premier League title.
Linda comments come after their 2-1 win over Heart of Lions in Kumasi on Monday to extend their unbeaten run to five matches under Ivorian trainer Ouattara Abubakar.
”I believe it is beneficial for us to pick all of the points, and with God’s help, we were able to do so. I am confident that these results will continue, and that we will win the title because trophies can only be won by accumulating all points in a game, and if we continue to win, we will undoubtedly win the league.”
After 22 games, Hearts of Oak are now seventh in the league standings and will travel to Samartex 1996 for their next fixture in the Ghana Premier League.
