Libya Premier League club Al-Nasr SC have announced the signing of Ghana striker Jonathan Sowah from Medeama Sporting Club.
The 25-year-old was recently part of the Black Stars squad that played at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations but did not feature in any game as the team got eliminated in the first round, without a win.
The Libyan club took to social media to announce his signing without stating the duration of the contract.
“The most important condition of mind games is to avoid thinking about the game itself; it is natural that your main goal is just a taste, to forget the real main goal.
“Jonathan Suah welcome to the castle of men.”
Jonathan Sowah has been vital for the Mauve and Yellows, leading them to a first Ghana Premier League title last season.
He was also instrumental in guiding the club to the CAF Champions League group stages on the first attempt.
