Kotoko targets this Premier League right-back as replacement for Christopher Nettey [Asempa FM SportsNite Leaks] —

Asante Kotoko have made Legon Cities right-back Michael Ampadu a priority signing as the winter window is set to open on January 10, 2023, according to Asempa FM’s SportsNite Leaks.

Ampadu, 25, would become a free agent in June 2023 which means he has just 6 months left on his current contract with Legon Cities, according to Transfermarkt.com information.

Following the exit of Christopher Nettey, Kotoko have identified the former Liberty Professionals defender as the ideal fit to fill the void created by Nettey’s exit from the club.

Ampadu joined Cities in October 2020 and has played 61 league games for Michael Konadu’s side.
