Ghanaian international Jerry Afriyie has finalized a lucrative three-and-a-half-year deal with Saudi Arabia Pro League side Al-Qadsiah FC from Thought FC.
As part of the deal, Afriyie will spend the remainder of the season on loan at Spanish side CD Lugo.
Afriyie prominence began with his pivotal role in Ghana’s triumph at the 2024 African Games, where he emerged as the tournament’s top scorer.
This outstanding achievement was followed by his impressive performance at the WAFU B Championship, where he led the Ghana U20 team to qualification for the U20 Africa Cup of Nations.
He also netted against Niger in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
