Inexperience is killing King Faisal – Head coach Jimmy Cobblah insists

The head coach of King Faisal, Coach Jimmy Cobblah has opened up on the struggles of the cub in the ongoing Ghana Premier League.

The former Ghana U20 gaffer was appointed as the new head coach of the Kumasi-based club during the period the league was suspended.

Last Monday, he took charge of the first game for King Faisal when the team locked horns with Asante Kotoko.

In the end, a poor showing from his team saw the side lose 3-0 to the Porcupine Warriors.

Speaking in his post-match interview, Coach Jimmy Cobblah said there was no way his team was going to be able to compete with Asante Kotoko.

According to him, inexperience is the key thing killing King Faisal.

“Most of the players have not played in the Premiership and this is where you are playing the champions Asante Kotoko…we are still believing that we will manage what we have until the (transfer) window opens. Inexperience is killing us,” coach Jimmy Cobblah said.

Up next for King Faisal, the team will take on Bibiani Gold Stars on Sunday, November 6.
