Hearts Of Oak sign goalkeeper Eric Ofori Antwi

Ghana Premier League

Hearts of Oak have completed the signing of goalkeeper Eric Ofori Antwi on a three-year deal.

The former Medeama shot-stopper will be a replacement for Richmond Ayi who is set to leave the shores of Africa to join American-based Cincinnati, one of the partners of the FA Cup record winners.

Antwi is expected to be a back-up for the club’s number one, Richard Attah.

The 27-year-old was a target for newly promoted side, Nsoatremang FC but Hearts seem to have acted fast for his signature.

Antwi has almost ten years of experience on the local terrain, having played for Amidaus Professionals, Asante Kotoko, Medeama SC and Legon Cities.
