Hearts of Oak have received the all clear to use midfielder Winful Cobbinah is Sunday’s derby against Great Olympics in Accra.
The Phobians have re-signed the former Windy Professionals player on a free transfer after returning home from Saudi Arabia.
But the club were yet to receive his International Transfer Certificate, which is now in, from Saudi Arabian Football Association.
”It is true that the ITC of Winful Cobbina is in the possession of Hearts of Oak so Cobbina is now available for selection on Sunday against Olympics if only Coach Frank Nutall wishes to parade him in that particular game,” Hearts of Oak spokesperson Kwame Opare Addo told Ghanasportsonline.com.
