Head coach of the Ghana CHAN team, Coach Annor Walker has assured Ghanaians that the Black Galaxies will put up an improved performance in the game against Sudan on Thursday, January 19.
The Black Galaxies of Ghana kicked off the campaign at the 2022 CHAN tournament with a disappointing 2-1 defeat to Madagascar last Sunday.
To avoid a group stage exit from the tournament being staged in Algeria, Ghana must win the second game against Sudan.
Ahead of that game, Coach Annor Walker says his team has identified the mistakes from the first match and is now ready to make amends.
“We played Madagascar last Sunday and the painful defeat worried us. Tomorrow is a must-win for us. We identified the individual mistakes as well as where it went wrong as a collective. I know a lot of people were disappointed like us, but I can assure you that people will definitely see a different Ghana tomorrow,” the veteran tactician said.
The game between Ghana and Sudan will kick off at 7 pm tomorrow.
