Bofoakwa Tano’s head coach, John Eduafo, has attributed the team’s relegation from the Ghana Premier League to inadequate support from the management.
It was an uninspiring trip for the Green and White lads who finished the 2023/2024 season in 17th place, garnering 33 points from 34 games, resulting in their demotion to the Division One League.
In an interview with Sompa FM, Eduafo expressed his disappointment, stating, “With sufficient support from the management and Board, Bofoakwa Tano would have avoided relegation.
Look at Heart of Lions and Karela United’s positions after the first round; if things had been done correctly, we would have survived.”
He stated. Following their relegation, Bofoakwa Tano will feature in the Division One League next season, aiming to regain their top-flight status.
