The Black Queens, have began their training camp in Accra in preparation for an upcoming international friendly against Japan.
Coach Nora Häuptle’s squad assembled in Accra on Tuesday night and conducted their first training session at Union Park, Legon.
Twenty-five Black Queens players participated in the first day of training, including notable names such as goalkeeper Freda Ayisi, Azumah Bugre, Doris Boaduwaa, Evelyn Badu, and Philomena Abakah.
Coach Nora anticipates the arrival of eight additional players to further bolster the team’s strength for the upcoming challenges.
Ghana is set to face Japan in an international friendly on Saturday, July 13, 2024.
