Didi Dramani has outlined his plans for Hearts of Oak after his appointment as the new head coach on a two-year contract.
The former Black Meteors coach says he aims to bring stability and direction to the team.
“Hearts has a very huge tradition and we need to build a clear culture within this tradition, and we need to consolidate a clear philosophy and a clear style of play. So that when we appear people can tell this is Hearts of Oak when our youth teams are playing, everybody will appreciate they try to replicate what the first team is doing,” Dramani said in his first engagement with the media.
He previously led Asante Kotoko to two Ghana Premier League titles.
Dramani’s first challenge will be against his former team in the 2025 President’s Cup at the Accra Sports Stadium.
His appointment is a bold move to restore consistency and identity to the team.
