Ghana have been drawn to face Angola, Sudan, and Niger in Group F of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
The Black Stars aim to make their 25th appearance in the continental competition.
Ghana will confront former coach Kwesi Appiah, currently the Head Coach of the Sudanese national team.
The draw also echoes the 2023 Afcon qualifying series where Otto Addo’s team faced Angola. Ghana will also compete against Niger, with their last encounter dating back to the 2013 African Cup of Nations.
Only the top two finishers secure qualification for the continental event.
The qualifying series is set to commence in September 2024 with the tournament scheduled for December, 21, 2025 in Morocco.
