Heart of Lions head coach Bashir Hayford’s future at the club is uncertain as the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season comes to a close.
After a 2-0 win over Nations FC, Hayford finished third in the league table with 60 points.
When asked about his future at the club, Hayford expressed uncertainty, saying,
“I don’t know. For me, I don’t know. Wherever the wind will take me, I will go, but for now I don’t know.”
Hayford is expected to meet with the club’s management during the off-season to discuss his future. Given the team’s strong performance this season, it’s likely that he will stay on as head coach.
