Defender Yussif Mubarik has started training with Asante Kotoko after recovering from injury.
The centre-back picked up an injury in Asante Kotoko encounter against Nsoatreman FC in the Betpawa Premier League in September.
His arrival comes as a big boost for the Porcupine Warriors who are preparing to hit the ground running when the league re-starts as it is hanging in the balance due to an injunction placed by AshantiGold.
The 26-year-old was on the scoresheet in the super clash against Hearts of Oak in Kumasi.
The highly-rated defender was named first deputy captain in the pre-season.
