Aduana coach Yusif Abubakar expects his team to lose some games

Head Coach of league leaders Aduana Stars, Yusif Abubakar, has played down the strength of side squad saying all the teams they have faced this season are better than his side.

Aduana Stars were stunned 2-1 on Saturday by Ebusua Dwarfs in Cape Coast, bringing their unbeaten run in the league to an abrupt end.

Talismanic striker, Nicholas Gyan gave Dwarfs the lead before Osman Mohammed made it 2-0, with Tanko Mohammed getting the consolation for Aduana.

Yusif Abubakar said after the game that all the teams Aduana have an equally good playing body if not better.

“All the teams we have played against are better sides, including those we have beaten are better. There is no team that is not better. So our loss today doesn’t mean we lost to a better side, because even the matches we have won have been against better sides,” he said.

Aduana still remain in top spot despite the defeat, after closest rivals Kotoko also lost against Hearts of Oak in Accra.
