Laryea Kingston, the former Ghana international, has announced his Team of the Week for matchday 23, recognizing the outstanding performances of Dreams FC captain Abdul Jalilu, Nations FC defender Razak Simpson, and FC Samartex winger Evans Osei Wusu.

Jalilu, the Dreams FC skipper, demonstrated exceptional leadership skills as he steered his team to a hard-earned goalless draw against the League champions, Medeama SC, at Akoon Park in Tarkwa. His commanding presence was instrumental in securing a valuable away point for his team.

Razak Simpson, the Nations FC defender, was the backbone of his team’s defense in their 1-0 victory over Asante Kotoko at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium. His Man of the Match performance was a testament to his experience, as he effectively silenced the formidable Asante Kotoko attack.

Evans Osei Wusu, the FC Samartex winger, was the star of the match against Accra Hearts of Oak, scoring a brace in both halves to secure a 2-0 victory for the league leaders at the Nana Nsenkyire Park. His impressive performance earned him a well-deserved spot in Kingston’s Team of the Week.

Other players who made the list include Great Olympics’ Albert Amoah, Emmanuel Keyekeh of FC Samartex, Emmanuel Odai of Bibiani Gold Stars, and Joseph Kinful of Bechem United. These players have been commended for their outstanding contributions to their respective teams over the weekend.
