Ghanaian international, Asumah Abubakar-Ankrah was in fantastic form on Saturday evening as he starred to lead FC Luzern to a massive win against FC Winterthur in the Swiss Super League.
The talented attacker today started for his team when the side played as visitors to the matchday eight opponent of the ongoing 2022/23 league season.
The forward provided an assist for German Max Meyer to score to open the scoring for FC Luzern just 14 minutes into the contest.
Later in the first half, Asumah Abubakar-Ankrah equalized himself in the 25th minute to increase the lead for the visitors.
With a second goal from Max Meyer and other goals from Marco Burch, Jakub Kadak, and Christian Gentner, FC Luzern cruised to a deserved 6-0 victory against FC Winterthur at the end of the 90 minutes.
With his stats from today, Asumah Abubakar-Ankrah now has two goals and one goal after making seven appearances for his team this season.
