Ghanaian attacker Kevin-Prince Boateng shone as a leader and playmaker in Hertha’s 1-0 win over Augsburg in the relegation battle on Saturday.
Boateng then celebrated the victory and the holiday with his fiancée Valentina Fradegrada at one of Berlin’s most opulent places on Easter Sunday.
The couple stayed in the elegant Hotel de Rome’s “Terrace Suite” on Bebelplatz in Mitte, according to reports.
The unique hotel room features a 44-square-meter roof terrace with a panoramic view of Berlin. The cost per night is 995 euros.
The Hertha pros are familiar with the hotel. Coach Felix Magath hosted a team dinner in the in-house restaurant last week, which included a public viewing of Atletico Madrid’s Champions League match against Manchester City.
Fradegrada posts on Instagram about how much fun she and her prince had here. Boateng served ice-cold champagne, and the two later enjoyed a nighttime view of Berlin.
With the win, Hertha boosted their chances of surviving. They have climbed out of the relegation zone to 15th place, and with four games remaining, they’re hoping to climb even higher.
