Hasaacas striker Eric Bekoe apologises to fans for shameful defeat to WAFA

Sekondi Hasaacas striker Eric Bekoe has apologised to the club’s fans for their shameful defeat at Sogakope when they faced WAFA on Sunday.

Hasaacas suffered the heaviest defeat in the league so far when WAFA thrashed them by 5-0.

But Bekoe who opened his scoring account for Hasaacas with a brace against Techiman City a week ago took to facebook to apologise to the Hasmal fans.

“On behalf of the entire HASSACAS team, we appealing to all our fans that we are very sorry for the shameful defeat at WAFA,” Bekoe wrote.

He assured the fans of a better side in their next game at the Essipong Sports Stadium on Sunday.

“But take my word; this is our last defeat of the season. We are going to bounce back in a grand style and put smiles on the faces of our gracious loving fans.

“We have no excuse to lose again. Thanks for the support at Sogakope and sorry for the disappointment. We love you all,” Bekoe concluded.

Hasaacas will be welcoming the troubled AshGold to the Essipong Stadium on Sunday.
