Ghana midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah has made a timely return to training after being out of action for the last three weeks.
The 27-year-old suffered the injury in his side’s 3-0 win over Inter Milan in their Coppa Italia match on 27 January.
There were fears that Asamoah was let for another long injury lay-off after recovering from a knee setback that ruled him out of action for more than one year.
Asamoah however missed his side’s league games against Chievo , Genoa, Frosinone, Napoli and Bologna.
He was also out of action in the Old Lady 2-2 stalemate with Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday.
But the Ghanaian has returned to training and could be ready for their game against Inter Milan this Sunday.
