Leicester City have announced the permanent signing of Black Stars attacker Abdul Fatawu Issahaku from Sporting CP.
The 20-year-old has put pen to paper on a five-year deal, keeping him at the King Power Stadium until the summer of 2029.
He will now make his debut in the English Premier League for the first time in his career.
Fatawu’s impressive performances during his season-long loan spell at Leicester City last term convinced the club to trigger the option to buy him from Sporting CP, having contributed to 19 goals.
The youngster began his senior career with Steadfast FC before moving to Dreams FC on loan in 2021.
