Head coach of Asante Kotoko, Prosper Nartey Ogum has opined his side are not perturbed by the current form of Samatex 1995 ahead of their clash on Sunday.

The Porcupine Warriors will host Samatex 1995 in a week 27 fixture of the ongoing Ghana Premier League campaign.

The Kumasi based outfit have been underperforming since the commencement of the second round.

As a result they have picked up just a draw and lost six of their last seven league fixtures.

Speaking ahead of the clash Ogum stated emphatically that they are not scared of their opponents and their prime target is to pick the maximum points come Sunday.

“The form of Samartex does not scare us at all. We are Kumasi Asante Kotoko and we can pull a surprise any day. The confidence levels of the players are high and if we go into the game with that confidence, we can get the needed results,” Ogum stated in an interview with Opemsuo radio.

Asante Kotoko sits on the 11th position on the league table with 33 points after playing 26 games.
