It’s an important win for us – Legon Cities coach Paa Kwesi Fabin after Great Olympics clash

Legon Cities coach Paa Kwesi Fabin has described his outfits victory against Great Olympics as an important one.

The Royals prevailed in the Ghana Premier League week 13 fixture played at the WAFA Park in Sogakope on Monday.

Goals from Kwabena Boateng and Joseph Mireku ensured Legon Cities bounce back to winning ways after going six games without a win.

“At the end of the day, we were able to win and that’s what matters. We are not a bad side, we are a very good side but we had to redouble our effort to be able to match them boot for boot and get this win. It an important win for us” he said after the game.

Legon Cities are currently 13th on the Ghana Premier League standings with 15 points after 13 matches into the campaign.
