The Basque side stormed to a 4-0 league win over Mallorca in February, but they could be in for a battle in the final. Athletic Club have won all seven of their Copa games this season with Mallorca scrapping out a penalty shootout semi final win over Real Sociedad to reach the final.

Athletic Club have been ruthless in Copa action this season and Ernesto Valverde’s team have been quick out of the blocks in each game. In all seven matches, they have scored the first goal, and they have scored first in their last nine wins La Liga this season.

Mallorca have been cagey on their path to the final with a goal inside 90 minutes in five of their seven Copa games. Only Cadiz have scored less La Liga goals than the Canarians so far this season but they have found a stronger streak in cup action and will be confident of dragging Athletic Club into a battle.
