Yaw Annor, the Togo-Ghana winger currently at Egyptian Premier League side Bank El Ahly, is being linked with a summer move to Libyan Premier League club Swehly. The 28-year-old left winger, valued at around €500,000 as of May 2026, has emerged as a target as Swehly look to bolster their attacking options ahead of the new campaign.
Annor joined Bank El Ahly in January 2024 from Ismaily for a reported fee of €744,000 and has since established himself on the left flank, playing as a right-footed wide forward. His performances in Egypt follow a prolific spell in the Ghana Premier League, where he was the division’s top scorer in the 2021-22 season with 22 goals for Ashanti Gold.
Before returning to North Africa, Annor built up experience in Spain’s third tier with CF Fuenlabrada and Burgos CF, featuring in both league and relegation play-off matches, as well as in the Copa del Rey. That mix of West African and European experience is understood to be part of Swehly’s appeal as they assess wide attacking reinforcements.
Annor has made well over 150 senior league appearances across his career, with notable scoring returns in both Ghana and Egypt’s top flights. His current deal at Bank El Ahly has no publicly stated end date, leaving the Egyptian club in a strong position should formal negotiations with Swehly develop beyond their present exploratory stage.
