Portugal defender Rubin Dias has rated Ghana as a strong side ahead of their clash in their World Cup opener.
The Europeans face the Black Stars on Thursday at the stadium 974 in Doha Qatar with the match starting at 16:00GMT.
It is a repeat of the fixture at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil where Portugal edge past Ghana 2-1.
Manchester City Dias shared his thoughts on the major strength of the current Ghana team and insinuates a win will not be easy.
“Ghana are physically a strong team, technically as well. They have footballers who are playing at the top level in Europe,” Dias said in a press conference in Doha.
Portugal will continue their group H games after Ghana clash with Uruguay and South Korea Republic on November 28 and December 2 respectively.
