When we get the opportunity to win the league we will grab it – Nations FC coach Kassim Mingle

Following a thrilling victory over Dreams FC on Wednesday, Nations FC coach Kassim Mingle has expressed his team’s determination to seize any opportunity to win the league title.

The Abrankese-based club’s triumph in the outstanding game has catapulted them to second place on the league standings after 22 games.

Mingle’s outfit, currently sitting on 37 points, is just two points shy of the league leader, Samartex.

The Porcupine Warriors will welcome Nations FC to the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday in matchday 23.

Sounding confident after the game against Dreams FC the coach stated, “When you are watching the game that is how you see it our tactical play made it simple for us,”

“Going against a team playing in Africa you have to adopt a strategy that you will overwork your players to contain them.

“Why not opportunity when it comes we will grab it, it is football all those playing want to go for the ultimate that is to win the league so when we are playing and the opportunity comes we will grab it,”
