Hearts of Oak head coach Aboubakar Ouattara says his side needs the three points against Legon Cities in week 16 of the Ghana Premier League campaign.
The Phobians are hoping to continue their winning ways after their 3-2 win against Accra Lions at the Sogakope WAFA Park last Sunday.
As they prepare to take on a struggling Legon Cities side, Ouattara has emphasized the importance of maintaining their winning streak.
“We need the three points,” He said.
“Whatever we have to do, we are going to fight to get the three points. The fighting spirit is part of that game, and it is in the blood of Accra Hearts of Oak. We need the three points.”
A victory will move the Phobians into the top four, while Legon Cities will remain at the bottom of the league table.
The week 16 fixture is scheduled to kick off on Friday, January 3, 2025, at the University of Ghana Stadium in Accra.
