Antoine Semenyo aims for winning start to 2025

Ghana and AFC Bournemouth attacker Antoine Semenyo is eager to begin the new year with a victory as his side hosts Everton at Vitality Stadium on Saturday.

The Black and Red are heading into the game against Everton unbeaten in their last five matches in the English Premier League.

Speaking ahead of the encounter, Semenyo said: “It’s going to be a tough game and obviously, in the last game we played, it took us until late on to come back and get a result,” he told afcb.co.uk.

“They’ll make it really uncomfortable for us but I feel like if we come out of the gates blazing, it’ll be tough for them.”

“It’s the first game of 2025 and we want to win, 100%.”

The Ghanaian forward scored 10 goals and provided three assists in 35 Premier League appearances.
